Namik Abbasov has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Namik started their career in 1994 as the Manager of Operations at Newbury International. In 1997, they became the CEO and Founder of NAb Printing. Following this, they worked as a Project Coordinator and Project Leader at ABF Södra-Östra Dalarna from 2012 to 2014. Namik then held roles as a Business Developer and Coordinator within Integration at ABF Södra-Östra Dalarna from 2006 to 2015. Their most recent role was at Snowfall, where they served as the Head of Support and Head of Customer Service, with their tenure starting in 2016.

Namik Abbasov received their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Azerbaijan State University of Languages from 1994 to 1998. Namik also pursued a degree in Marketing at Baku Business School from 1994 to 1996. Later, they furthered their education by studying Political Science and Government at Stockholm University from 2003 to 2005.
