Laura Coria

Laura Coria is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the LATAM Region at SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE since May 2021. In addition to this role, Laura is a member of the group 45 within BenchClub, a private club for HR executives. Previously, Laura held the position of Argentina HR Country Head at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2014 to May 2021, overseeing all HR-related processes in the country. Laura's earlier experience includes roles at IBM Smarter Workforce as HR Ops Manager and as HR Focal Partner at HP, along with an HR Analyst position at NTT DATA. Laura holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master's degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, in addition to certifications in Ontological Coaching and Coaching with NLP from the Escuela Argentina de PNL y coaching oficial.
