Al S. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. They started their career as a Business Development Consultant at Element Energy, where they worked on implementing technology in the sugar industry and represented sales for GreenVolts Inc. They then moved on to Western Digital, where they served as a Staff Engineer - Enterprise TAM. At Western Digital, they worked in enterprise technical account management. Following that, they worked at Wir3d Inc. in Enterprise SaaS Sales. They then transitioned to HashiCorp as an Enterprise User Success Manager, where they focused on helping enterprise teams implement secure cloud infrastructure. After that, they joined Harness as a Technical Customer Success Manager, responsible for driving application security improvements and assisting customers with secure software development processes. Currently, Al S. holds the role of Sr. Technical Success Manager - Strategic Accounts at Snyk, where they work closely with clients to identify security risks and implement solutions for securing code and infrastructure.

Al S. holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science degree from San Jose State University.
