David Morris

David Morris serves as the General Counsel for Snyk since July 2023, overseeing legal, regulatory, and government affairs in the developer security sector. As a Founding Member of The L Suite since June 2021, David collaborates with other Chief Legal Officers to enhance professional growth. Previously, David held the position of General Counsel at Vivid Seats and was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at TripAdvisor, where responsibilities included managing legal teams and oversight during significant corporate transitions. Early career experiences include roles as Senior Counsel at Invensys, Attorney at Takeda Oncology, and various positions at law firms. David Morris holds a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MBA from Suffolk University, an MS in Mass Communications from Boston University, and a BA from Brandeis University.
