Andrea McGregor

Andrea McGregor has over 12 years of experience in the consumer products industry. Andrea began their career in 2008 as a Co-Op at McNeil Consumer Healthcare. In 2010, they joined Avon as a Business Operations Manager for mark., a Finished Goods Planner, and a Deployment Analyst. In 2012, they became the Supply Chain Manager at CARGO Cosmetics. In 2014, they were a Business Operations Consultant at Satya Twena Interiors & Millinery. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Operations at Ruby's Naturals, Inc. where they were responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the company's processes, order fulfillment, end-to-end supply chain management, and more. Since 2019, they have been the Vice President of Innovation at CAULIPOWER where they have spearheaded product ideation, concepting, design, testing, and commercialization, managed the new product pipeline and go-to-market strategy, and created and implemented a new product development stage gate process. In 2022, they joined Soapbox as the Vice President of Operations.

Andrea McGregor attended The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems.
