Meghan Bailey

Meghan Bailey is an experienced Behavioral Health Technician with a substantial background in managing caseloads and implementing behavior analysis strategies. Currently employed at Soar Autism Center since August 2022, Meghan previously worked at Arkansas Support Network from July 2018 to August 2022, where significant achievements included reducing problem behaviors by over 60% among clients aged 3 to 10 with developmental disabilities. Additionally, during a program internship at Apple Seeds, Inc. in late 2021, Meghan led educational classes on nutrition and gardening for children and contributed to farm operations. Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Arkansas, earned in December 2021.
