Chelsea Birmingham is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for ECommerce at Sobeys, along with a role as Director of Human Resources for BC Operations. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Advisor at Thrifty Foods, as well as a focus on store operations. Additionally, Chelsea Birmingham operates as a Leadership Coach, having completed an Executive Coaching program accredited by the International Coaches Federation through Accomplishment Coaching. Chelsea Birmingham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management & Leadership from Camosun College.
