Rahul Shrivastava

Rahul Shrivastava currently serves as Senior Vice President - Operations at Sobha Realty since January 2022, with previous roles including Vice President - Projects and General Manager - Projects. Rahul's responsibilities include overseeing significant development projects in Dubai, such as Hartland Extension and Sobha One, while spearheading strategic initiatives. Prior to Sobha Realty, Rahul held the position of Manager Projects at Airolink International Construction LLC, managing various high-profile projects like AMSAF Mall and Seven Palm Residences. With earlier experience as an Area Manager at Al Faisaliyah Contracting LLC and Project Manager roles at Sobha Engineering & Contracting LLC and Hi-Tech Group, Rahul possesses a robust background in construction management. Rahul holds an MBA in Advanced Construction Management with a specialization in Real Estate from NICMAR University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology, complemented by high school education from St. Xavier's College.
