Adam Yee is a Co-Founder and CTO at Sobo Foods, leading the technical aspects of plant-based ethnic food development and quality assurance. Previously, Adam worked as a Meat Application Scientist at Motif FoodWorks, Inc., contributing to the creation and commercialization of innovative plant-based meat products. With experience in podcasting and food industry networking at My Food Job Rocks! and WeWork Food Labs, Adam has a diverse background in the food industry. Adam's technical expertise was also demonstrated in roles at The Better Meat Co., Isagenix, and Leclerc Foods USA. With a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cal Poly State University, Adam has a strong foundation in food science and research.
