Roksolana Desiatnyk is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in quality assurance and project management. Currently employed at SOC Prime since March 2020, Roksolana previously held similar roles at ExpoPlatform, where responsibilities included client onboarding, relationship building, and issue resolution. Prior experience includes quality assurance positions at GlobalLogic and Diligences Inc., focusing on functional, regression, and mobile testing across various platforms and browsers. Roksolana holds a Master's degree in IT Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Security Management from Lviv Polytechnic National University, along with training from Lviv IT School.
