Erika Odonohoe

Erika Odonohoe has extensive experience in various roles within the customer success and client services field. Erika served as the SVP Client Services at Access TeleCare in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of US Customer Success at Ultromics from 2022 to 2023. Erika also worked at ImageMover as the Vice President of Customer Success from 2021 to 2022, where they created processes and automated dashboards for maximum visibility. From 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President Client Services at Access Physicians, where they built the department, achieved high renewal rates, and closed national enterprise healthcare accounts. Before that, Erika worked at Wellbe, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Customer Success in 2015 and at Propeller Health as the Director of Client Services and Support in various roles from 2011 to 2015. Erika also had a role as a Project Manager at WTS Paradigm in 2011. Erika's earliest work experience was at Emageon, where they held multiple positions in clinical services from 2002 to 2009. In their roles, they successfully implemented new tools, developed best practices, and achieved high client retention rates.

Erika Odonohoe earned a BA in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001. Erika later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2009.
