Robert Rodgers has extensive experience in revenue cycle optimization and process automation within the healthcare industry. Robert currently holds the position of VP of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) at Access TeleCare. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Revenue Cycle Optimization at Allegheny Health Network, where they led a team focused on improving the patient experience and introducing RPA (process automation) and AI (artificial intelligence) into finance and revenue management. Before their time at Allegheny Health Network, they served as the Business Transformation Lead at Geisinger and the Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Emory Healthcare. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated a strong focus on continuous improvement, transformation, and strategic leadership in revenue cycle management.
Robert Rodgers completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology between the years 2000 and 2005. Robert later pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Healthcare Systems Engineering from Lehigh University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified IoT/IoMT Pentester from Attify Inc. in January 2020, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Performance Excellence Inc. in December 2018. Robert also holds certifications in Innovation Leadership from Georgia Tech Professional Education in March 2018, and Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World from MIT Professional Education in February 2017. Furthermore, they completed a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program at the Georgia Institute of Technology in December 2015, and the Emory Healthcare Quality Academy: Practical Methods for Healthcare Improvement from Emory University in August 2015.
