Troy Webster

Troy Webster, MBA has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Troy currently serves as the Vice President of Infrastructure at Access TeleCare since November 2021. Prior to this, Troy worked at Access Physicians as the VP Engineering from April 2017 to October 2021, where they played a key role in developing and implementing telemedicine technology and product features.

Before joining Access Physicians, Troy served as the Director of Operations Systems - Health Plan at Baylor Scott & White Health from February 2014 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team that ensured timely and accurate processing of claims and enrollment applications.

Troy also has experience working as a Program Director, Governance at Xerox - Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Payment Solutions Center from July 2010 to November 2013, and as a Director of Product Development, Director of Software Projects, and Project Manager at McLane Advanced Technologies from January 2006 to July 2010. At McLane, they were involved in managing software development projects, developing project plans and budgets, and mentoring web application project leads.

Earlier in their career, Troy worked as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems from December 2000 to January 2006, as well as a Software Engineer at the Department of Energy, Jefferson Laboratory from January 1998 to December 2000.

Troy's work experience also includes serving as a 0311 Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from January 1994 to January 1998.

Troy Webster holds an MBA from William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business, with a focus on Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT Management, Accounting, Economics, and Human Resources. Troy also earned a BS in Computer Science from Christopher Newport University. Additionally, they completed a PMC in Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing. Troy is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
