Brianna Cronin-Uteg

Brianna Cronin-Uteg, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Organizational Enablement and Talent Acquisition at SOCi, Inc., focusing on designing and executing the organization’s first enablement function while also overseeing the Talent Acquisition team. Prior to joining SOCi in August 2022, Brianna held various roles at Applied Systems, culminating as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations. In this capacity, responsibilities included managing the talent tech stack and enhancing recruitment processes. Brianna's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Human Resources Intern, and education credentials include a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tampa, along with a Project Management Essentials Certification from Purdue University.
