Mallika Bhasin

Mallika Bhasin is an experienced professional with a strong background in innovation and entrepreneurship within the Indian Defence sector and startup ecosystem. Currently serving as Incubation Manager at Social Alpha since November 2022, Mallika previously held roles as Program Executive at the Defence Innovation Organisation, Ministry of Defence, and Young Professional at the Atal Innovation Mission under NITI Aayog. Mallika's expertise includes managing grant disbursements and fostering collaboration among MSMEs, startups, and R&D institutions. Prior to these roles, Mallika gained experience as an Analyst at MCube Financial LLC, focusing on financial analysis and due diligence, and served as a Postgrad Mentor and Student Ambassador at the University of Warwick. Mallika holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Indian School of Business and Finance.
