Alison Smith

Alison Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research management and impact evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at Social Impact since September 2016. In this role, Alison supervises junior staff, manages project resources, and leads proposal development while providing technical and managerial leadership for various projects, including serving as the Acting Deputy Chief of Party for the Liberia DELTA project. Previously, Alison held positions such as Program Manager and Program Associate at Social Impact, where responsibilities included managing complex surveys and qualitative analyses for USAID projects in Cambodia and Malawi.
