Carla Trippe

Carla Trippe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning within international development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Social Impact since February 2016, Carla leads the Exit Learning Partnership for Humanity United in Nepal and has contributed as a Senior Learning Advisor for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on organizational capacity in Africa. Previous roles include Senior Evaluation Advisor and Evaluation Specialist for USAID/Liberia, where Carla managed a significant evaluation portfolio and facilitated learning across multiple sectors. Carla's background includes positions with organizations such as the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, World Initiative for Soy in Human Health, and ChildFund. Carla holds a Master's degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, both from American University.
