Fay Wright has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and advertising industry since 2011. Fay began their career as a Brand Ambassador for Crabtree & Evelyn, followed by an Exhibition and Production Assistant for Jonathan Coles Lighting Design Ltd. In 2013, they became a Digital Account Manager for Havas Media UK, where they also held roles as an Account/Project Manager and Project Executive. In 2016, they joined All For Love London as a New Business and Marketing Manager. In 2018, they became a Senior Strategic Account Manager for Dealmoon. In 2019, they joined TikTok as a Brand Partnerships Manager, Global Business Solutions. Finally, in 2022, they became the Director of Partnerships, Global and Brand Partnerships Director - Enterprise Sales at Social Native.

Fay Wright has a diverse educational background. In 2022, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, focusing on Marketing. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the University of Reading and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature and History of Art. Prior to that, they attended The Maynard School in Exeter from 2000 to 2009 and obtained their A-Levels in English Literature, Biology, and Chemistry.
