Mihaela Giurgia has held various roles in the technical and education fields. Mihaela began their career in 2013 as a Senior Helpdesk Technician at Stefanini Brasil, where they evaluated and developed team members, performed one-on-one meetings, and offered feedback to new hires. In 2016, they joined Cambridge School of Bucharest as a Geography and Travel&Tourism teacher, where they prepared and delivered lessons, marked work, gave appropriate feedback, and maintained records of pupils' progress and development. In 2018, they moved to Oracle as a Technical Specialist. Most recently, Mihaela joined Social Native as a Technical Support Engineer in 2021.

Mihaela Giurgia received a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Bucharest in 2011, and a Master's degree in Management of Touristic Activities and Resources from the University of Bucharest in 2013.
