Doug Carpenter

Doug Carpenter serves as the Budget & Finance Manager at Social Solutions International, Inc. since June 2013, where responsibilities include assisting project teams in managing budgets, ensuring compliance, forecasting accurately, and achieving margin objectives. Previously, Doug held the role of Financial Administrator, overseeing project budgets and financial reporting for the USAID Child Blindness Program and managing over fifty international grants. Prior to joining Social Solutions International, Doug engaged in independent consulting and worked as a consultant at BearingPoint, Inc. Doug holds a MALD degree in International Environment and Resource Policy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in International Relations with a focus on Russian Language, Literature & Culture from Syracuse University.
