Tonya Giannoni

Tonya Giannoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development, particularly within the realm of capacity building and program cycle implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Social Solutions International, Inc., Tonya contributes to acquisition and award management while collaborating with USAID Mission and Washington Operating Unit staff to enhance organizational practices related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and locally led development principles. Previous roles include Senior Technical Advisor and Chief of Party at Environmental Incentives, LLC, where Tonya supported organizational change efforts and developed the Government Agreement Technical Representative toolkit. With a solid foundation in operations management and technical assistance from prior positions at DevTech Systems, Inc., and Development Alternatives, Inc., Tonya possesses a comprehensive understanding of USAID projects.
