Steff D. has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. They started their career at Globally Connected Companies in 2018, where they served as a Content Creator, Content Editor, and Creative Project Manager. They then moved on to Streets of the World bv, where they were responsible for managing a photo competition and a 2-kilometer-long exhibition. In 2019, they worked as a Film Creator for Diving for Balance, creating a documentary about coral reef restoration. They also worked as a Creative Project Coordinator at Moyee Coffee in 2020. Steff D. then joined TP Europe BV as a Video Editor from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they took on the role of Anniversary Coordinator at A Beautiful Story, organizing the company's 15th-anniversary celebration. They also worked as a Brand Designer for Caribbean Packaging Centre, Inc., redesigning their branding. In 2022, Steff D. became a License Manager at Welcome to the World, contributing to the development of a video-inspired booking platform. Currently, they are employed at Social Sparrow as a Project Manager, overseeing digital agency projects.

Steff D. began their education at Vespucci College from 2010 to 2015, where they completed their HAVO degree. Later, from 2016 to 2022, Steff attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), majoring in Communicatie en Multimedia Design and obtaining an HBO degree. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, Steff pursued a minor in CampusDoc, focusing on Documentary Production at the same university.
