Geoff Sharp

Geoff is the Systems Lead for the Early Years Catalyst in SVA’s Early Childhood Development team. The Early Years Catalyst brings together leaders from across children and family services seeking to maximize impact and bridge gaps within the current early year's system to allow more young children in Australia to thrive. The Catalyst came about from the 2019 Early Years Summit with nearly 500 leaders from across the Early Childhood Field who together agreed that they need to work together and take a whole system approach to generate long-term, sustainable change.
