Patricia Gómez Fernández

Patricia Gómez Fernández is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as Head of People and Culture at Social Ventures Australia since September 2019, Patricia previously held positions at Australian Red Cross, where roles included Workforce Capability and Performance Partner, Team Leader, and HR Business Partner, significantly enhancing HR functions and leadership development across international programs. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR/OD Business Partner with the Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands, and senior consultancy roles in Spain with Ray Human Capital and Ajilon, specializing in various sectors including IT and finance. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Psychology specializing in Social and Organisational Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and is a CAHRI member with additional qualifications in HR management and training.
