Namisha Pruthi

Namisha Pruthi has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2005. Namisha started their career as an HR Coordinator at MTNL in 2005 and then moved to System Configuration Co. in 2006 as an HR. In 2007, they joined Micromax Informatics Ltd as an HR Manager with a generalist profile. In 2011, they took up the role of Executive Assistant to Director at Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager Human Resources at Social27 Inc.

Namisha Pruthi has a diverse educational background. Namisha completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Maharshi Dayanand Univerity, Rohtak in 2000. Namisha then pursued their MBA in HR and Marketing from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences in 2003. Namisha also completed a P G Diploma in Computers from GJU, Hisar in 2001. In 2020, they obtained a Certification in Training and Development from Vskills - India's largest certification body. Additionally, they have obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn: Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion (2023), Crisis Communication for HR (2022), Coaching New Managers (2022), Jira: Basic Administration (2021), Learning Jira (Cloud Edition) (2021), Learning Jira Software (2021), and Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters (2021).
