Melissa Marcus

Melissa Marcus has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing and animation. Melissa started their freelance career as a Video Editor/Animator in 2021, working on projects for various companies such as FIRST, Sotheby's, Socialfly, and VaynerMedia. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Video Editor/Animator at VaynerMedia. Prior to that, they served as a Studio Video Editor at Newell Brands from April 2021 to November 2021. From July 2017 to June 2020, Melissa worked as a Senior Video Editor at Situation. Before that, they worked as a Motion Graphic Designer at GSTV from January 2012 to April 2017. In 2013, they briefly served as a Freelance Graphic Designer at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Melissa began their career in 2009 as a Creative Services Specialist at SONIFI Solutions, Inc., formerly known as Lodgenet Interactive/The Hotel Networks.

Melissa Marcus has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School. Melissa completed their studies from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design from Michigan State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
