Jeff Wise

Jeff Wise has worked in software engineering since 2012. Jeff began their career as an Application Analyst at Holy Spirit Hospital, where they specialized in programming Medical Logic Modules using Arden syntax. In 2014, they moved to athenahealth, where they worked on a team building a medical search engine from scratch for the Epocrates application using Java and Clojure. In 2016, they became a Software Consulting / Independent Software Developer. In 2019, they joined Idelic as a Software Engineer, where they developed integrations using Python and the Celery framework to pull data from 3rd-party systems. In 2021, they joined Socially Determined as a Backend Engineer.

Jeff Wise attended Franklin & Marshall College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Philosophy. In 2011, they also attended The University of Edinburgh for an unspecified period of time.
