Lauren Hedinger's work experience begins in 2007 as an Analyst Securities Lending at Morgan Stanley. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Health Policy Research Assistant at RAND. In 2010, they became a Senior Analyst in Managed Care and Delivery System Reform at Greater New York Hospital Association. From 2012 to 2013, Lauren worked as a Project Associate at NYCRx. In 2014, they joined New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a Manager of Strategy. In this role, they provided support to senior leadership, managed integration planning, and led initiatives to improve care. In 2017, Lauren became the Orthopaedic Service Line Administrative Manager at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, overseeing the management of the Orthopedic Service Line. Lauren facilitated strategic planning and alignment of priorities. In 2018, Lauren joined Socially Determined as a Manager of Strategic Solutions. Lauren progressively advanced to Senior Manager, Director, and then Vice President. Their role involved integrating social determinants of health (SDOH) analytics into clients' strategies and operations, as well as collaborating with the product team to develop innovative solutions.
Lauren Hedinger pursued their education from Princeton University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree. During their time at Princeton, they focused on Operations Research & Financial Engineering, Engineering Management Systems, and Women & Gender Studies.
Following their undergraduate studies, Lauren attended the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service from 2011 to 2013. Lauren earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, specializing in Health Policy and Management as well as Public Finance.
