Additionally, they held the position of Project Manager for the GEMMA Consortium at the University of Granada and worked as a Credit Controller at NorthgateArinso, where they managed a large portfolio of customers for cash collection.

From 2002 to 2008, Ewa Zajac attended Jagiellonian University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology.

In 2008, they enrolled in Universidad de Granada and pursued a Máster Erasmus Mundus en Estudios de las Mujeres y de Género - GEMMA, specializing in Women's Studies and Gender Studies. Ewa completed their studies in 2011.

During the academic year 2009-2010, Ewa Zajac also studied at Central European University as part of the Erasmus Mundus Master´s Degree in Women's and Gender Studies - GEMMA program.

In 2005, they participated in an Erasmus Mobility scholarship at Radboud University, where they studied Psychology, American Studies, Gender Studies, and Political Philosophy.

In addition to their formal education, Ewa Zajac has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Managing Career Burnout" course offered by LinkedIn. In 2021, they completed "The Robot-Proof Recruiter Mastermind - Level 1" program through The Searchologist. In 2017, they achieved the certification of "Black Belt in Internet Recruitment" from Social Talent. In 2014, they completed the "Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics, Level 6" course provided by FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) and obtained an Accredited Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching from Positive Success Group. Finally, in 2012, they obtained a Spanish Diploma Level C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency) from Instituto Cervantes.
