Paul Farca

Paul Farca is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and legal consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Investments Support Legal Unit and Head of Legal Consultancy and Litigation Department at Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA since February 2022, Paul also contributes to academia as a Guest Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Bucharest. Previous roles include senior positions at NCH Capital, POP & PARTNERS, and D&B David si Baias, among others, with extensive experience at Enel România in various legal capacities. Paul holds an LLM in Private Law and a BA in Law from the University of Bucharest.
