Kara Hoyle Aphr

Kara Hoyle, aPHR, is an experienced program manager specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, currently serving at the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. since May 2016. Hoyle has a strong background in community relations, evidenced by a role as Community Relations Manager for Western Governors University, where significant partnerships were formed with major community college systems. Additionally, comprehensive project management skills were demonstrated while managing the launch of case management software for the US Army. Prior experiences include leading transformative programs in Army Community Services and opening a new Starbucks location. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
