Cheryl Morgan

Cheryl Morgan is an accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator, self-employed since May 2018, and has been a Facilitator for the Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) under the Society for Information Management since 2012. With extensive experience at Travelers, where Cheryl served as VP of Operations & Systems and VP of Information Systems from September 2007 to April 2018, responsibilities included strategic planning, project management, and governance for Business Insurance Shared Services. Prior roles at CIGNA spanned over two decades, culminating in a Senior Director position overseeing application testing and quality assurance. Cheryl holds an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in Public Health Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.
