Doreen Mannion

Doreen Mannion is a seasoned professional in IT and technical communication, currently serving as a Senior Services Analyst in IT at Constellation since May 2024. With a distinguished career that began in May 2002 at the Society for Technical Communication as a Fellow, Doreen received the highest honor awarded for excellence in management, writing, and mentoring. Previous roles include ITSM Specialist and ITSM Change Agent at Constellation, where Doreen managed ITSM governance and onboarding processes for ServiceNow. Experience as an IT Process Analyst at T-Rex Solutions, LLC, involved leading corporate ISO 20000 efforts and developing ITSM processes.
