Art Weiss, JD, CCEP-F, I, is a seasoned professional in the field of compliance and ethics with extensive experience spanning various roles since 1987. Currently serving as a Strategic Compliance and Ethics Advisor at Strategic Compliance and Ethics Advisors since March 2021, Weiss also holds the position of Past President at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law since August 2016. Weiss contributes to the SCCE's Compliance Academy as faculty, focusing on topics such as Legal Risks, Investigations, Program Improvement, and Education & Training. Previous roles include Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at TAMKO Building Products and Senior Counsel at Sears, Roebuck and Co., along with significant positions in various state attorney general offices.
