Erin Lauer

Erin Lauer is a seasoned marketing strategist with extensive experience in the healthcare and compliance sectors, currently serving in dual roles at the Health Care Compliance Association and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics since July 2022. Erin’s responsibilities include researching, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance membership engagement, drive conference attendance, and promote certification and publication sales. Previous roles include Outreach and Community Relations Manager at Plymouth Psych Group and Program Manager for Marketing and Events at the Minnesota Electrical Association, among others. Erin holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Marketing Management and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Project Management Certificate from the same institution.
