Alfonso Neri

Alfonso Neri, BSN-RD, RN is currently the Senior Coordinator at The Society of Thoracic Surgeons, specializing in managing the development of clinical practice guidelines. Prior to this role, Alfonso worked as a Research Team Lead at Examine.com, where Alfonso oversaw a team of researchers and published evidence-based health content. Alfonso also has experience as a Personal Tutor at UT Health San Antonio, conducting tutoring sessions on critical care and nursing fundamentals. Alfonso holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Research Distinction from UT Health San Antonio and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Outcomes Research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
