Angel McMullen-Gunn

Angel McMullen-Gunn serves as the Director of Mission and Quality Assurance at Collins Aerospace since June 2014, driving lean initiatives and ensuring compliance with AS91xx standards across the Mission Systems strategic business unit. Previous roles at Collins include Director of Quality Systems Compliance, where significant reductions in major findings were achieved, and various associate director positions focusing on quality process excellence and customer quality, resulting in multimillion-dollar savings. Angel has also held leadership positions with the Society of Women Engineers, worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and developed optimization strategies at Schneider Electric. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, alongside a Master's in Quality Management and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from The National Graduate School of Quality Management.
