Carol Bachman

Carol Bachman has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Peterbilt Motors since April 2002 and previously as a Liaison Engineer at Boeing from January 1998 to December 2002. Carol has been actively involved with the Society of Women Engineers since 1998, holding multiple leadership positions including University of North Texas Professional Advisor, Region C Leadership Coach for eight years, and Governor for Region C during the fiscal years 2011 to 2013. Carol also has a background in design engineering at Raytheon Missile Systems from 1986 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned in May 1990.
