Roberta Rincon

Roberta Rincon, Ph.D., is the Director of Research and Impact at the Society of Women Engineers, with extensive experience in managing interdisciplinary research initiatives focused on gender equity in STEM. Since February 2016, Roberta has overseen multi-stakeholder research projects and has played a crucial role in establishing the research division within SWE. Prior to SWE, Roberta held various analytical and policy roles at The University of Texas System and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, leading data collection and analysis efforts and providing strategic recommendations on education policies. Roberta holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Planning and an MBA/MSIM from Arizona State University, alongside a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
