Mary Ann Benoit has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Mary Ann began their career in 1988 as a Wildlife Biologist with the U.S. Forest Service, a position they held for 30 years until 2018. In 2002, Mary Ann became the Owner of Arctic Paradise Bed and Breakfast in Seward, Alaska. Mary Ann ventured into the art world in 2019 as an Artist for ArcticParadiseArt, specializing in alcohol ink art and stained glass creations. In 2014, they founded Northern Lights Home Staging and Design, where they served as President and Designer. In 2018, Mary Ann also became an Artist for Society6-NorthernLightsStaging, creating unique home decor items. In 2022, they expanded their digital art business by becoming a Digital Artist for Northern Lights Home Staging and Design on Contrado and Fine Art America (Pixels.com). Mary Ann Benoit is an award-winning Interior Designer, Home Stager, Certified Color Strategist, and Fractal Artist, utilizing their art and Aligned Design system to create spaces, decor, and clothing that align with their clients' true selves.

Mary Ann Benoit has a diverse education history. Mary Ann obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wildlife Biology from Northern Arizona University. Mary Ann also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interior Design from The George Washington University. In addition to their degrees, Mary Ann has obtained several certifications including Interior Designer from MOUNT VERNON COLLEGE, Certified Color Expert from Home Staging Resource, and Professional Home Stage from Staging Diva Home Staging Training. Mary Ann also completed a certification as a Certified Color Strategist from Camp Chroma. In 2018, Mary Ann attended Edesign University to study Edesigner.
