Daniel Podzimek

Daniel Podzimek, MD, MSc, is currently an Assistenzarzt in der Neurologie at Schön Klinik since May 2023, focusing on acute neurology, intensive care medicine, and non-invasive ventilation. Daniel has extensive experience in neurology, serving as ANIOS neurologie at Gelre ziekenhuizen from September 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic and protocol development. Active in various organizations, Daniel is a member of the Socrates International Honor Society and served on the national council for Rode Kruis Nederland. Research experience includes work as a student-researcher in a vascular surgery department, leading to an A+ internship grade. Daniel holds an MD from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science from University College Roosevelt, with additional studies at UC Berkeley focusing on human anatomy, endocrinology, and infectious diseases.
