Prior to their current role, Sharon held various positions in benefits management at companies such as GardaWorld, ConvaTec, Novo Nordisk, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree from Rowan University.
