Kristy Arcodia is currently the Head of People & Culture at Soda, an Australian company supporting innovative businesses. Prior to this role, Kristy held various HR positions at companies such as Lorna Jane, wattsnext, Rio Tinto, and more. Kristy holds a Master of Business Administration from QUT and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Human Resources from The University of Queensland.
