Sydney Ringold

Sydney Ringold is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in both business development and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Representative at Soda Health, Sydney also co-founded NephSol, Inc., a startup focused on innovative blood flow monitoring devices for hemodialysis, which received the AL Launchpad 2024 Concept Stage Winner designation and eight pitch-based non-dilutive awards. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Cytel, Instructional Technology Assistant at The University of Alabama, and STEM Instructor at the Center for Community-Based Partnerships, where Sydney successfully implemented technology-based instruction for children. Additionally, Sydney has experience as a Research Assistant in various settings, including the Infra-Red Imaging & Spectroscopy Lab, contributing to significant research projects and securing sizeable funding. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
