Miri Sokolover

Miri Sokolover has over 17 years of work experience in various HR roles. From 2017 to present, they have been the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and Analytics at SodaStream International. Prior to that, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2017 as the Senior Director of HR Global Support Functions Labor Economics. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Better Place, and from 2008 to 2010, they were the Israel Compensation and Benefit Manager at Comverse. Miri also has experience as a Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Comverse and as an Economist at Actelis Networks from 2003 to 2006. At each company, they played a key role in managing compensation, benefits, and HR processes.

Miri Sokolover earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and business management from Bar-Ilan University of Ramat Gan, Israel between 2001 and 2004. Miri later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in financing from the same university between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, Miri Sokolover attended Shimon Ben Zvi High School in Givatayim from 1994 to 1997, focusing on Physics and Computers.
