Asael Taragan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Asael began their career as a Cashier Manager at Cameri Theater of Tel Aviv in 1999. In 2002, they joined Cibus LTD as a Customer Care Center Manager and later became the Operations & IT Manager. In 2009, Asael joined Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services Israel as the COO, where they were responsible for leading and managing the firm's operations and customer care. During their time at Sodexo, Asael founded two core departments: the "Contact Center" and the Operations unit. In 2014, they became the CPO at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Israel, Inc. and in 2017, they assumed the role of VP of Operations and Service Delivery at Sodexo Israel (Cibus). In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Cibus | pluxee.

Asael Taragan has a diverse education history. In 2016, they pursued a certificate in PMP Methodologies at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, specializing in Project Management. Prior to that, they obtained their MBA degree from the University of Derby in 2009, with a focus on Business Management. Asael also completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from the University of Derby from 2004 to 2007. In 1999, Asael Taragan received a certification in Programming from John Bryce, specializing in Java&Internet. Furthermore, they obtained an MBA certification from the University of Derby in 2009.
