Christel Ergo

Christel Ergo has a diverse range of work experience, with a focus on human resources and recruitment. Christel currently works as the Human Resources Director BeLux for Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services. Prior to this, they held various positions at AXA, including Manager of the Global HR Advisory Team, Lead HR Business Partner for Belgium, and HR Manager for Belgium. Christel also worked as an HR Business Partner at AXA Technology Services Belgium. Before joining AXA, they were the Recruitment and Selection Manager at Teach for Belgium, where they played a key role in launching the NGO and implementing recruitment strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Officer and Training Coordinator at Contraste and as a Global Collateral Management Client Services Representative and Team Coordinator at Bank of New York Mellon.

Christel Ergo has a diverse education history. Christel obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Ichec Entreprises in 2010. In 2018, they earned a Certificate in HR Business Partner with Impact from the Institute for Business Development. In 2011 and 2012, they acquired a Certificate in CEOG (Management Tools Certificate) from Ichec Entreprises. Additionally, they pursued the study of Japanese at Fukui University from 2004 to 2005. Christel’s educational journey also includes a Master's degree in Literature and an AESS teaching certificate for the upper high school from the Université catholique de Louvain, which they completed from 2000 to 2004.
