Annett Schuster

Annett Schuster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Since April 2011, Annett has held various leadership positions at Sodexo, currently serving as Director of HR Operations and Director of HR Corporate Services for Germany, focusing on talent management and acting as a Strategic HR Business Partner. Previous roles include Head of HR Business Partner Corporate D - CH and Senior HR Business Partner, as well as positions in human resources and payroll at Sächsische Aufbaubank and Qimonda. Annett began a career in human resources at Infineon Technologies and Siemens Healthcare, following an education in industrial management at Siemens AG and further studies at the Deutsche Akademie für Management.
