Annick de Vanssay

Annick de Vanssay currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sodexo, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Annick was a Senior Advisor at Ylios from September 2012 to January 2021, focusing on CEO performance and strategic leadership development. Annick also owned Transeetive from October 2007 to September 2013 and was the CHRO for Castorama at Kingfisher from 2005 to 2007, where responsibilities included defining HR strategy and developing future leaders. Throughout a notable tenure at France Telecom from 1991 to 2004, Annick held the position of HR VP for employment and competencies, overseeing HR strategy and a global restructuring plan. Annick holds an AMP in leadership management from INSEAD and both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from INSEEC.
