Kathryn Pendlebury

Kathryn Pendlebury has extensive experience in talent management and resourcing within the facilities management and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People Services at Sodexo since July 2013, Kathryn has held multiple roles, including Head of Talent Management & Insights and Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Prior experience includes a role as Recruitment Consultant at Regent Recruitment, where recruitment efforts focused on upscale hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, and as Head Receptionist at Ramada Encore Haydock. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
